Terms
ORDERING
Orders can be placed online using our Shopping Cart facilities. We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard and VISA), Bank Transfers and Postal Orders (made payable to Robyn Adams). Please note that with Bank Transfers and Postal Orders the payment must be received before the order can be dispatched. If you would like to pay with Credit Card but do not wish to do this on-line, please phone us and we can take your details over the phone.

POSTAGE & HANDLING
The Toy Box will send parcels throughout Australia with a flat postage charge of $10.00. We endeavor to keep all items in stock and will dispatch your parcel within 24 hours of receiving payment. If for some reason a product is out of stock we will notify you ASAP.

Unfortunately at the moment we do not send parcels overseas, but for those of you living overseas but with family or friends in Australia we would love to be able to help you choose and send quality presents to nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
*The postage and handling fee will be waivered if you live in the Moura, QLD area. A personal arrangement can be made.

PRICES
All prices are quoted in AUS$ and are subject to change without notification. Prices include 10% GST as does the $10.00 postage and handling fee.

RETURNS
If you decide that a toy does not meet your requirements once you receive it, we will allow you to return it within two weeks of purchase. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in and the return postage costs must be done at the customer's cost. Please ensure that you affix adequate postage. Items may either be exchanged or a Toy Box credit given. Please notify us first before returning an item.
